In Tokyo's quaint, historical Yanaka district, Chokyu-In is a venerable Buddhist temple that's home to a population of interesting statues. In the peaceful grounds you'll find saints, deities and devotees, and a treasured statue of Enma-raja, king of the underworld, flanked by the two servants who administer his judgments. (Though if you're meeting the king of the underworld, won't you already know the judgement?)
