From June 4th through until the end of August, the Hilton Tokyo will be hosting the Crystal Mermaid Summer Sweets Fair at their Marble Lounge. The event will include a range of beautifully presented desserts that will make guests feel as if they've been transported to another world under the sea, including a blue lagoon-inspired cake with blueberries and honey, 'mermaid jewelry boxes' made from meringue and filled with fruit, and layered jellies meant to emulate the sunset. There will also be some light savory dishes including gazpacho, a seafood tomato stew, and a scallop marinara pasta.
Prices for the event differ slightly depending on the day of your intended visit. From Monday to Friday, prices are 5,000 yen for adults, and 2,500 yen for children from 4 to 12 years of age. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, that increases to 5,400 yen for adults, and 2,700 yen for 4-12 year olds. Reservations can be made online via the official site here.

The Hilton Tokyo's Marble Lounge is located around 5 minutes on foot from Nishi-Shinjuku Station, served by the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line.
