Tokyo's Tobu Museum

Everything about trains and transportation

Tobu Museum is a museum about transportation and culture. For young and old, trainspotters and those who just want to learn some train history, this museum really can give you some fun, especially when you think that admission is just ¥200 for adults and ¥100 for children.

Open daily except on Mondays from 10:00am to 4:30pm (entry until 4:00pm), the Tobu museum can be found beneath Higashi-Mukojima Station on the Tobu Skytree Line. Take the east exit and turn south right after you leave the station; after a couple of meters the museum will be on your right.

For accommodation in the area, I recommend HOTEL MYSTAYS Ueno Inaricho.

Interested in countries and their cultures all over the world. There's little I do not like and I try to experience as much as possible, write or film about it and share it with others.
